Job Description
We are looking for a Business Growth Executive to help us in achieving our goal of helping Operators achieve their field development objectives by leveraging the latest technology while ensuring cost savings.
Business development
Implement the business sales strategy to ensure the business growth and that revenue targets are met.
Work together with top management to set growth targets as directed by the CEO.
Maintain current and develop new relationships with business clients.
To develop and support teams with the creation of strategies and plans for market growth.
To evaluate all sales activity and ensure teams adhere to quality sales reporting.
Continuously monitor and track the sales results as against set objectives and report same to management.
Work closely with our operational and technical teams to ensure that client’s requirements are met.
Ensure our NIPEX presence is active and work with the operations team to ensure participation in tenders.
Keep track of payments and assist the receivables team to ensure all the payments are received on time. Follow up with the unpaid parties on a regular basis.
Marketing and communications
Continuously implement the communications strategy of the company.
Maintain a vibrant and effective online presence via the website and Social Media platforms, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc as appropriate.
Ensure the website is operating smoothly and is kept up to date.
Ensure that the brand is communicated in a consistent manner, both visually and through the messages communicated.
Requirements
Skills and Requirements
Experience in leading and motivating teams to work towards performance targets.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Experience in meeting business objectives and driving business success.
Excellent knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry in Nigeria and West Africa
Experience in setting milestones against business objectives.
Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to coordinate and cooperate with others and across departments in pursuit of common goals.
Ability to implement and follow processes.
A flexible approach to work.
Personal Qualities
